Today, John Boehner released his plan for the proposed lawsuit against the President of the United States. After several days of refusing to specify exactly what Mr. Boehner planned to sue the President for, Mr. Boehner's plan released today targets the Administration's delay of the "Obamacare" employer mandate as the focus of the lawsuit:
On Thursday, Speaker John Boehner released a draft resolution authorizing the House of Representatives to sue President Obama over the delay of Obamacare's employer mandate.
Let's take a short trip down memory lane - a January 2011 report directly from the House Speaker's office repeatedly refers to the employer mandate as a "job killer". That's right: the employer mandate was repeatedly labeled a job killer in a report issued by Speaker Boehner's office. Similarly, in lockstep, the Heritage Foundation released a January 2011 'study' entitled "Obamacare and the Employer Mandate: Cutting Jobs and Wages".
Now though, Boehner will sue the President for delaying all of the "job killing" that was going to occur. Is there anything left to say, other than the obvious?
